Course Objective

To introduce learning activities in mathematics curriculum, mathematical learning activities and types of mathematical learning activities and create mathematical learning for student teachers to provide different mathematical concepts, to develop assessment tool to identify and evaluate students' development in mathematics
and gain a critical perspective, to give them problem solving and discuss strategies for solution of different problems in different ways.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to gain perspective on the activity presented in Secondary school mathematics curriculum.
2   To be able to prepare mathematical learning activities according to curriculum learning areas.
3   To be able to prepare routine and non-routine problems about mathematical concept.
4   To be able to use appropriate strategies to solve routine and non-routine problems.
5   To be able to develop assessment tools to evaluate student work.
