Course Objective

Community service learning provides an avenue for those preparing to teach to gain a deep and extensive knowledge of the contexts of their students lives. Through community service activities student teachers develop their communication capabilities and their self-esteem is enhanced. They also find qualities in themselves of patience and empathy and they gain confidence.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to identify the current problems of society and find solutions to these problems.
2   Being able to prepare activities about these problems.
3   Being able to apply these activities in schools.
4   Being able to participate actively in social projects.
5   Being able to participate in a team project.
