Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the students effective communication behaviors to build and develop effective relationships.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To demonstrate an ability to verbally present information using a variety of techniques
2   To be able to organize a presentation for various purposes
3   To be able to display optimal presentation skills using eye contact, body language and voice projection
4   To develop the ability to evaluate own communication skills and improve them
5   To be familiar with the basic principles of effective communication
