Course Objective

The major artists of the period of the Republican Turkish poetry, and poetry to teach flows, this term is to locate poets of Turkish poetry.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Literature of the Tanzimat period, and Servet-i Fünun literary information on the formation and properties of Al-Fajr-i Ati grasping to transfer period.
2   Fajr-i Ati community to gain understanding of art and knowledge of the properties.
3   II. To understand the flow of ideas and literary reflections of the Constitutional period.
4   Literature, history, politics and philosophy to establish links between.
5   The period of national literary language understanding, through the works of artists can understand.
6   Literature of this period, the changing trends, themes, recognizing literary understanding and interpretation of the works

6 General characteristics of period of Turkish poetry in the National literature, Mehmet Emin Yurdakul, life, Turkism and poems.
7 Ziya Gökalp, ideas, and traces of his poetry.
8 Mid-term exam
9 The location of Yahya Kemal Beyatlı in our poetry.
10 Study poems of Yahya Kemal Beyatlı, language, poems, themes, resources.
11 Examination of Yahya Kemal s poems
12 Mehmet Akif Ersoy, life, ideas, works, and the location
