Course Objective

The purpose of the course is to teach interpersonal relations, maintaining interpersonal relations, communication skills and principles of conflict resolution.

1   Understanding interpersonal relations and nature.
2   Maintaining interpersonal relations cooperatively and constructively
3   Recognize the elements and model of communication
4   Understand relationship between interpersonal relations and interpersonal conflicts.
