Course Objective

Learning contemporary teaching methods which are developed in visual arts education field, teaching process, the application of general and practice teaching methods to visual art education, analysis of literature about visual art education with the critical point of view and associate with strategies of teaching. Being able to benefit from written-visual resources and teaching technologies in art education. Being able to comprehend discipline-based art education that is consist of art criticism, art history, aesthetic and practice.

1   Knowing the general aims of visual arts education, the role and importance of visual arts and technology education in general education.
2   Knowing base, methods and private aims of visual arts education.
3   Knowing concept errors concerning to visual art education.
4   Knowing the history of visual arts education.
