Course Objective

To understand the development characteristics of preschool children and the connection between Orff-Schulwerk and development theories, to be able to plan activities based on Orff-Schulwerk, to identify long-short, high-low, forte-piano sounds and to gain singing ability.

1   To understand musical development characteristics of preschool children
2   To make connection between Orff-Schulwerk and development theories
3   To attend music activities based on Orff-Schulwerk and prepare activities through this understanding
4   To plan creative activities based on Orff-Schulwerk
5   To identify long-short, high-low, forte-piano sounds
6   To gain competence on chosing songs for preschool children
7   To be able to sing correct and beautiful
