Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to increase awareness of the preschool teacher candides about the importance of effective communication, effective listening and effective speech. And also to improve their attitudes toward the student-teacher-parent communication issues related to communication and conflict resolution.

1   To have knowledge of effective communication and communication elements
2   To be able to use the communication models
3   To have the ability to listen effectively
4   An ability to speak effectively
5   The effective use of body language
6   To have the ability to solve conflicts that may arise in communication
