Course Objective

As a new new technique of business management, Total Quality Management (TQM) guarantees the survival of organizations in world-class competition. Only by changing the actions of management will the culture and actions of an entire organization be transformed. TQM integrates fundamental management techniques, existing improvement efforts, and technical tools under a disciplined approach. The aim of the course is to help students to use these technical tools and interpret the results in order to achieve TQM.
