Course Objective

To understand basic principles of chromatographic approaches and strength their insights regarding choice of instrumental technique.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students are expected to develop a full understanding of chromatography based instrumens as well as all chromatographic approaches, strength their insights regarding choice of instrumental technique
2   Should be able to classify the chromatographic approaches, should choice the experimental procedure regarding sample.
3   Students are expected to learn compare the chromatographic approaches
4   Students are expected to choice a proper chromatographic method or method combination depending on analyte, can perform calculations and can submit the results as a report.
5   Can make interpretations about the chromatographic analysis results and can estimate the probable problems about the analysis procedure
6   Students have information regarding risks and potential hazards of chemicals and consider environmental protection rules
