Course Objective

This course aims to discuss the Hittite art from the point of architecture, sculpture and and pottery traditions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   discuss the Hittite fortification system and the military architecture
2   define the Hittite pottery traditions from the point of ware features, forms and production techniquesHitit
3   discuss the sources of the Hittite artefacts as a commercial ware
