Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce basic concepts of business law and provide information on general principles governing law of obligations and commercial law. The students are expected to develop their skills of solving legal problems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Explain the law making process
2   Identify the legal issues in a variety of business situations
3   Solve legal problems that a person might face in professional life
4   Analyse and apply the legal rules to resolve factual problem situations
5   Attribute the application of national norms related with business law
