Course Objective

The main objective of the course is to give the student information and skills about quality improvement and explain analytical and statistical techniques about quality improvement of a production or a service process

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to introduce quality improvement
2   To be able to use 7 basic and 7 new tools to interpret the quality of a process.
3   To be able to apply techniques for measuring a process performance
4   To be able to apply quality improvement techniques by way of a team work
5   To be able to present techniques to improve quality in design phase.
