Course Objective

The relationship between them and the whole formed by elements affect each other, " the finacial system" one of the parties involved in the " surplus funds" ie, certain proportion of income savers arent used and in the other, "those in need of funds" consumers of investors is located. Saving owners, investors or consumers "transfer of funds" , "the finacial intermediaries" are carried out his hand. Here is one of the finacial intermediaries in the "banks" poses. Faculty at the beginning of the fourth class of this course is transferred to the bank in banking law dealt with the concept, structure and the banking system is the studied. However, a part of the course is mainly represent bank contracts law. Collecting more funds from those banks that fund savers, investors in need of funds or fund transfer to consumers. The first of these, "deposit" as are known for the letter case, "the credit" is called. Banks deposit and loan contracts, beginning with the most popular procedures at the bank of the law of contracts, relationship with consumers, banks are analyzed. In this sense, bank transactions, such as transfers and letters of credit are discussed in detail.
