Course Objective

It is aimed to be done a comparison between Europeen labour and social security law rules and the Turkish labour and social security system.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to examine the specific areas of legislation on working conditions in the European labor and social security law
2   Being able to understand European occupational health and safety legislation
3   Being able to illustrate principales of CJEC decisions related to the equlity between women and men
4   Being able to explain and criticize the various types of legislation on the protection of workers from national labor European countries.
5   Being able to compare developments regulated in the European countries with Turkey.

6 Analysis of European Court of Justice decisions on the principle of equality between women and men
