Course Objective

Explaining the basic concepts of labour law, the legal problems encountered in working detect and provide knowledge on remedies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to create solutions to the legal problems encountered between employers and employee 2   Be able to examine the rights of the working life of the employee and employer related to the decisions of the court of cassation 3   Be able to make case solutions about litigation and all damages arising from labour law 4   Be able to define the principles of labor law 5   Be able to use the knowledges about labour law
