Course Objective

It is aimed to introduce students characteristics, principales and rules ofLabor Law. By the help of this education, students will be able to immobilize the situation (due diligence) encountered all kind of Labor law matters. Also by expalining main characteristics of employment contract it is aimed to recognize the legal problems encountered in work-life and to provide students solve this cases by the help of their knowledge.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define labor law concepts
2   Being able to comprehend the principles of labor law and actual inequality in Labor Law
3   Being able to analyse triple labor relations and understand their diferences
4   Being able to explain the differences between overtime work and extra-time work and understand balancing period
5   Being able to comprehend the general rules related to the work conditions
6   Being able to use the knowledge related to labor law
7   Being able to examine and solve problemes related to Labor law matters in the light of the decisions of the Supreme Court faced in working life

10 Change in working conditions and termination of employment conract
11 Job security and termination of employment contract for valid reason
