Course Objective

It is aimed to make an analysis according to the constraints that the world system requires the Turkish economy and to examine trade flows between Turkey and the European Union, the application of flexible work in the context in Turkish Labour Law System.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to comprehend the specific areas of legislation on working conditions in the European labor and social security law
2   Being able to discuss the marked changes in traditional industrial relations systems
3   Being able to comprehend the principles of labor law and actual inequality in Labour Law
4   Being able to comprehend the general rules related to the work conditions
5   Being able to have a knowledge related to the termination of employment agreement
6   Being able to handle the problem of unemployment in Turkey within the scope of human resources
7   Being able to identify the impact of employment policies on the Turkish working life and concept of flexibility
