Learning the basic principles, institutions and the legal principles concerning protection of personal data.

1   Have a command of the basic principles and concepts about protection of personal data
2   Have a command of the international law principles about protection of personal data
3   To be able to express the place of protection of personal data in fundamental rights
4   To be able to express the constitutional and legal basis of protection of personal data
5   To be able to analize dijudications concerning the protection of personal data
