To gain ability which was written Ottoman Turkish with text ability to read and make use of these resources

1   Ottoman alphabet font used shape and ability to recognize characters
2   To understand that Ottoman Turkish manuscripts used in Arabic and Persian origin words.
3   Ottoman Turkish text written with works of art to know how to use resources
4   Use resources written in Ottoman Turkish works.
5   To apply Ottoman Turkish dictation rules .
6   At the same time to read which is written Ottoman Turkish newspaper,book,etc.
7   Written in Ottoman Turkish newspapers, books and so on. be able to read.
8   Apply the rules of the Ottoman Turkish spelling.
