Course Objective: In this lesson, the student is intended for receiving high-level information on the concepts of cell culture, biomaterials, stem cells, tissue engineering.

1 Cell and tissue engineering, cell-based therapeutic approaches, and ethical debates
2 Tissue dynamics analysis, tissue and cell homeostasis and identification of cellular mechanisms of signal components
3 Components of extracellular matrix (ECM), and similar materials, the use of tissue engineering
4 Identification of extracellular matrix components and biocompatible materials
5 Identification of cell sources, cell culture techniques and the importance of cell differentiation in tissue engineering types of 2D and 3D culture
6 The importance of cultural types of 2D and 3D tissue engineering
7 Representation of the potential of stem cells in using of tissue engineering
