Course Objective

The aim of this course is provide information about the general structure and tissue properties of bone cells.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To recognize bone cell and to be informed about the general structure of the cell
2   To have general information about bone tissue
3   To have information about bone fracture and repair processes
4   To distinguish bone cells under a microscope
5   To have general information about mechanisms of osteoblast and osteoclast formation
6   To have general information about bone cell mechanics
