Course Objective

The aim of the course is to investigate and comprehend the cultural dimensions of mass communication after the invention of printing press and media.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to have intellectual knowledge about the history and evaluation of mass communication and its transmission and to analyze this knowledge in their own field
2   To be able to analyze the technological, cultural and economic dimentions of invetion of the printing press and Industrial Revolution on the formation of media
3   To be able to link with other fields and to make research other research branches in the frame of the course
4   To be able to develop unique approaches and different points of view
