Course Objective

Define and understanding of the molecular biology of cancer, signal transduction, receptors and ligands engaged by the issue of concepts and their reflection of the clinic. Define and understanding of the changes in cell division and signaling mechanisms in cancer, cancer, and molecular targets of signal transduction systems, control of the transcriptional regulators, and the signal of a transduction mechanism of clinically relevant cancers, particularly lung cancer.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Capable of express in general terms of signal transmission mechanisms in the context of the molecular biology of cancer.
2   Be able to recognize and understand the cancer signal transduction systems and molecular targets, molecular mechanisms of control of transcriptional regulators.
3   Knows signal mechanisms of clinically relevant cancers with examples of specific types of cancer
4   Understands changes in signaling in cell division and the life of cancer cells.
