Course Objective

The aim of this course the acquisition of basic knowledge about DNA damage and related factors, mechanisms, DNA repair defects and DNA damage in development and treatment of in cancer.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Capable of identified the types of DNA damage and occured biological differences in development of DNA damage can express.
2   Be able to explain DNA repair mechanisms
3   Be able to recognize and understand the types of DNA repair and repair defect mechanisms and in the development of carsinogenesis
4   Be able to recognize and understand the DNA repair and repair defect mechanisms in therapy of cancer
5   Be able to know about molecular characterists of DNA repair defects mechanisms and konwledge in the clinical apperance in cancer
