Course Objective

Further investigation for understanding the genetic and neurochemical components of cognition and communication disorders etiopathogenesis, In this context, review of neurochemical mechanisms underlying behavior and thoughts, to examine the affective disorders, especially in the case of related tables.

1   To have advanced knowledge about cognition and communication disorders
2   To have advanced knowledge about the components of the genetic and neurochemical of cognition and communication disorders
3   To have advanced knowledge about cognition and communication disturbance in affective disorders

1 Introduction: Current and general overview of the cognition and communication disorders from clinic to cell Molecular and cellular neurobiology, genetic components, neural circuits associated with cognition and behavior, brain imaging methods and findings Presentation of student s homeworks Mid-term exam
2 Emotion and biological components Neurochemistry and physiconeuroendocrinology of Affective disorders Cognition in Affective disorders Comminication in Affective disorders The final results and the current literature on cognition and communication in Affective disorders Presentation of student s homeworks General evaluation Final exam
