Course Objective

To learn, plan and apply physiotherapy assessment methods in chest diseases

4   Apply assessment and collect data in obstructive and restrictive lung diseases.

6   Knows and apply assessment and physiotherapy in obstructive and restrictive lung diseases.

1 Introduction and lesson determination.
2 Pulmonary rehabilitation, description, its organization, place of chest PT and content.
3 Importance of assessment in chest physiotherapy.
4 Frequently observed obstructive klung diseases (diagnosis, clinical characteristics, pathophysiology, pathomechanics).
5 Anatomy and physiology in adult respiratory system.
6 Importance of assessment in chest physiotherapy.
7 The content and effectiveness of chest PT (evidence based PT regimens)
8 The applications of PR and CP in obstructive lung diseases
9 Frequently observed restrictive lung diseases (diagnosis, clinical characteristics, pathophysiology, pathomechanics)
10 The applications of PR and CP in restrictive lung diseases.
11 Anatomy and physiology in pediatric respiratory system.
12 The frequently observed respiratory diseases (diagnosis, clinical characteristics, pathophysiology, pathomechanics)
13 Assessment in pediatric pulmonary diseses.
14 The applications of PR and CP in pediatric lung diseases.
