Course Objective

The course aims the comprehension of the figures, photography projects that had impact on the development and

production of photography after 1920 and in addition the comprehension of the contact between the photography and

other branches of art.

1   Grasp the historical development of photography
2   Grasp the position of photography within the history of arts
3   Grasp the development of the image technology
4   Get well-informed about the reputed photographers of the period and their works
5   Be capable of associating the impacts of the important events of the period with the history of photography and arts
