Course Objective

Gained in this course, students are added to the hardware semiotic reading method. Their choosen photographers for critisim is expected to share their presentations in the classroom. Students also write article during their course as a result of actual performance, the authors critique.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Criticizing the photos using the method of reading semiotic reading
2   To use of different methods of reading comperatively on the photos
3   To translate photographic visual information to the written literary text
4   To display critical thinking that is required in the nature of the vision for Institutionalization of the art of photography.
5   To follow artistic , especially the activities of photographic , be able to make pratice and applying.

- Presentation by the students critiques of the photographers will be delivered next week.

Assessment Criteria

- A midterm for the course (20%), at least one in-class assessment (20) is completed.
- A final exam (60)
- Pre-announcement has been opened in the city, the student is responsible for exhibitions and artistic activities.
- Making presentations by students, and criticism on the weight of the passing grade is 20% for the submission of writings.
