Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide the students with the advanced level of knowledge of the international migration law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Acquire advanced knowledge in the International Migration Law.
2   Evaluate critically the acquired knowledge on basic concepts, theories and applications.
3   Define and analyze conflicts which require specialization, offer a resolution by refering to related theoritical approaches, reach a conclutionand report it both verbally and written.
4   Achieve self-discipline and take responsibility for their own actions and decisions.
5   Develop skills of critical analysis in relation to the political, socio-cultural, economic and legal developments in national and international agenda.
