Learning of legal liabilities of a physician and medicolegal aspects of poisonings, alcohol and substance abuse

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to describe the poisonings as forensic cases and legal liabilities of a physician
2   To be able to describe the flowchart of antemortem and postmortem sampling
3   To be able to evaluate the medicolegal aspects of alcohol ingestion
4   To be able to evaluate the medicolegal aspects of substance abuse
