Course Objective

Acquisition of knowledge and skills in importance of basic communication skills items in
medical education, basic communication skills principles, importance of communication skills in complicated and difficult situations, conflict management, group dynamics and the principles of education and methods of communication skills.

2   To implementation the principles of listening, verbal and non-verbal communication, empathy and assertivity
