Course Objective

The aim of this course is to change the weaving design into decorative weaving design made by tapestry, rug, light rug ( cicim ), sumac, zili and carpet weaving techniques.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   choose weaving techniques suitable for their designs,
2   fix the suitable materials for their designs,
3   fix the loom type which has suitable features and dimensions for their designs,
4   figure out possible problems which may emerge during the preparations from design to weaving,
5   convert their design into a weaving and present it.
