Course Objective

The purpose of this course, students of molecular biology and genetics laboratories learning tools and techniques commonly used, for what purpose the tests, and to provide an understanding of how the mechanisms.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Tools and techniques commonly used in molecular biology laboratory have been learned. 2   Gain knowledge and experience about the DNA Isolation 3   Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and gene duplication of information and experience on win 4   gain knowledge and experience about RNA Isolation 5   gain experience about Nucleic acids from agarose and acrylamide gels and information monitoring

Week Subject Description 1 Introduction and general promotion of laboratory instruments 2 General Laboratory Procedures, Equipment Use and Security precautions 3 DNA isolation 4 Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and gene duplication 5 Mixi prepare PZR and mix amplification to ensure that the distribution 6 Multiplex PCR 7 RNA isolations 8 Preparation of agarose and acrylamide gel 9 Agarose and acrylamide monitoring of nucleic acids jellies 10 RFLP 11 RFLP mixi, preparing to make the distribution of Mix and start cutting 12 Install the product gel and nitrocellulose filter transfer
