Course Objective

The aim of the course is making proper and unique typography which is going to use students prints, illustrations or other graphic implementation. The Basic aim of the course is generate creative design solutions with new methods. On this purpose project brief is generated by students themselves. Students will be free for materials, methods and presentations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to merge the knowledge and skills gained with the new method and use it in a creative way in design management
2   To be able to have the software and material knowledge and merge those knowledge associate with correct field
3   To be able to present the projects in an unexpected and a creative way
4   To be able to have access to free expression out of the basic design principles

1 Transfering illustrative typography with examples.
2 Critic on illustrative typographic works that is brought by students.
3 Critic on first project statement that is prepared by students according to their own areas of interest.
4 Critic on first project sketches.
5 Critic on first project sketches.
6 Generating the design with choosen sketches and finishing the designs.
7 Critic on first project final presentation.
8 Critic on second project statement that is prepared by students according to their own areas of interest.
9 Critic on first project sketches.
10 Critic on first project sketches.
11 Generating the design with choosen sketches and finishing the designs.
12 Critic on third project statement that is prepared by students according to their own areas of interest.
