Course Objective

The main aim of the course is to make an introduction statistical tehcniques and quantitative and relational research methods. In addition, to teach designing research individually, planning, gathering data, analyzing the datas statistically and finally making reports of the results are the specific goals of this course.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to apply statistical methods commonly used in relational research
2   Be able to remember the statistical tests that used commonly in relational research
3   Be able to make a research design on an issue associated with psychology
4   Be able to develop research questions and hypothesis related psychology
5   Be able to apply proper statistical methods used in psychological research
6   Be able to gather data by using different measurement techniques and interpret the results.
7   Be able to make reports research findings in an appropriate scripting language
