Course Objective

1. Gaining basic knowledge about strategic management and policy deployment
2. Determining the location of quality management in strategic objectives of the
organizations and to making consciousness of quality is an integral part of the
strategy
3. Developing strategy and compatible quality policies and gaining knowledge and skills
about how to carry out the plans and activities which are necessary for the
implementation of these policies
