Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the general rules of business law and to provide information about practice of business law and its institutions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	To learn the concepts and the institutions of business law, company law and securities law.
2	To determine problems arising from application of business law.
3	To prevent and to solve the problems which may occur from the application of business law.

6	Commercial enterprise: commercial enterprise and economic enterprise; elements of commercial enterprise; the principles governing the commercial enterprise.

10	Merchant; real person merchant; legal entities as merchants; consequences of being a merchants
