Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach students one of the most conflictive areas of 20th century World history which is the Middle East s political, social and economic change.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define the concept of Middle East concept from political and religious aspects
2   To be able to explain the effect of energy resources in world politics
3   To be able to tell the importance of Middle East s historical, social and cultural accumulation for world politics
4   To be able to analize the effects of the oil crises in the world on the economies of nations and political lives
5   To be able to interpret political reforms and the place of these revolutions in the Middle East
