Course Objective

The aim of this course is to study modernism and postmodernism, and to examine their effects on literature.

1   At the end of this course, the student will be able; To recognize the main claims of modernism
2   To understand the main claims of postmodernism
3   To discuss modernism versus postmodernism
4   To compare modern literature with postmodern literature
5   To analyze from the critical point of view.
