Course Objective

To explain the concepts about performance and organizational performance management, to evaluate how should be the performance criteria and measurement techniques that could used in businesses, to introduce various organizational performance measurement techniques.

1   To know the performance and performance management concepts.
2   To distinguish the structure and the properties of organizational performance criteria.
3   To explain the organizational performance measurement techniques that can be used in businesses.
4   To distinguish the decision-making skills about performance management.
