Course Objective

Informing students about the legal problems that the businesses come across when they are using Internet and information technologies and resolving ways of these problems and explaining about the national and international regulations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learning the basic concepts of Internet Law, getting information about protection of domain names and resolving domain names disputes, electronic contracts and distance contracts
2   Learning about protection of intellectual property rights on the Internet and unfair competition on the Internet,
3   Learn how to make an electronic contract,
4   Learning about the concept of denying access to the Internet and the legal regulations,
5   Learning about protection of software,
6   Learning about electronic payment methods,
7   Learning about virtual money.
