Course Objective

To be able to communicate in Japanese, by speaking and writing, through learning basic Japanese words and expressions related to daily activities. Also, to be aware of the effect of the Japanese culture on the proper use of the Japanese language.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to use the proper Japenese words, expressions and the social etiquette when introducing yourself or being introduced to others
2   To be able count numbers and tell the time
3   To be able to do daily shopping
4   To be able to talk about people and inanimate objects, ask and answer questions about them
5   To be able to talk about the present, past and future daily activities
6   To be aware of the effect of the Japanese culture on the correct use of the language

"2.Vize" grade is the average of the grades obtained for the HOMEWORK assigned during the semester. "Quiz" grade is the average of the grades obtained for the quizzes given in the semester.
