Course Objective

To solve the geological problems during field studies, with geophysical application examples

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   He/she can evaluate which geophysical methods, instruments and equipments are effective to solve geological problems
2   He/she can examine the problems to find the evidences
3   He/she can analyse the evidences obtained from geophysical research methods
4   He/she can interpret the evidences to solve a geologic problems with geophysical methods obtained from field observation and measurements
5   He/she can know to prepare the results in common report format and presentation

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Course will be given in lecture hall. Field studies and laboratory works will be performed by students. Taking notes by students are essential. Students will follow the course from lecture notes and relevant books
