Course Objective

In this lesson, students, social life and business environment to have students understand the place and importance of the Protocol; in the business world and social use to gain the protocol information in their lives; contact the appropriate place and time, this information resides in individuals and institutions working with the behavior to be exhibited and the ability to develop applications; These rules do not represent a health personnel working institution that implements and the other is intended to give employees the ability to be an example.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Can explain the meaning and importance of the Protocol.
2   In business life, you could define the organizational hierarchy and protocol rules.
3   Regulating the rules of business efficiency business life and explain the impact the success of the work.
4   Institutions and organizations can define and apply the rules of the Protocol applied.
5   Written and oral communication is implemented in the Protocol, you can define and apply the rules.
6   Protocol types, precedence and can explain and apply of leading rankings.
7   Meetings and official ceremonies can implement the Protocol.
8   Reconstructing the ast-parent relationships and the rules that should be applied to the differences between knows and can apply.
