Course Objective


The aim of the lecture: The aim of the lecture is to manage crisis situations that may arise among the people in the field fo health and to control the anger of people in crisis situations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   They can define crisis and the phases of the crisis in human relations.
2   They can describe the factors that led to the crisis and crisis management.
3   They can describe environmental events and types of response to environmental events
4   : They can associate process of emotion with the anatomical structures.
5   They can identify what is anger, what anger is not an how it works.
6   They can describe symptoms that occur during anger.
7   They can apply methods of coping with emotional tension, anger management and how to control anger.
8   They can define the importance of expressing feelings.
9   They can evaluate the process of coping with grief and death.
10   They can understand the feelings of people in crisis and anger with empathy.
11   They can understand empathy.
12   They can learn crisis.
13   They can learn another people.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Learning and Teaching Methods:
Using powerpoint technique to do the presentation which includes the lecture topics; making discussions with the students about the topics; also using drama technique to present some topics and then practising it using re-enactment technique.
