Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce the fundamentals of the law of enforcement and bankruptcy law. In this course the undergraduate students are able to learn basic features of ordinary enforcement and extra-ordinary enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy proceeding, concordat proceeding and also cancellation of possession action of dispose

1   To learn the skills to explain the basic concepts of enforcement and bankruptcy law
2   To learn the skills to interpret the regulations of Code of Enforcement and Bankruptcy and also other applicable legislation
3   To learn the skills to get the ability to distinguish the ordinary and extra-ordinary enforcement proceedings
4   To learn the skills to explain the fundamentals of enforcement and bankruptcy law
5   To learn the skills to practice the regulations regarding to the law of enforcement and bankruptcy law
