Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to set up the theoretical framework of inquiry-based science teaching and learning, starting from this framework, to develop inquiry-based teaching practices and to do exemplary teaching practices

1   to understand the theoretical framework of inquiry-based learning and teaching
2   to analyse inquiry-based teaching examples at different age levels
3   to analyse inquiry-based teaching examples at different disciplines
4   to design an inquiry based teaching learning sequence
5   to implement and evaluate an inquiry based teaching learning sequence
