Course Objective

Objective of this course is to teach the legal ground of the EU-Turkey partnership (membership) relations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to explain the historical aspects of the EU-Turkey partnership relations
2   to express the resources of the EU-Turkey partnership law and to evaluate certain sources
3   to interpret the organizational structure of the EU-Turkey partnership
4   to explain the scope and the implementation of the substantial fields of the EU-Turkey partnership
5   to refer and analyze the decisions of the European Courts (formerly known as European Court of Justice) related to Turkish citizens and legal identities
