Course Objective

The main objektive of the course is providing sensitivity to ethical issues fort he further studies in the field of law. It ıs intendet to put forward the relationship between law and ethics and code of ethics and values that shape the behavior of lawyers.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to obtain the understanding of ethical responsibility in law
2   To be able to explain law and ethic rules that must be followed in scientific studies and also sanctions in violation of these rules.
3   To be able to comment the subject of study wiht the understanding of scientific ethics
4   To be able to put forth the ethic rules that shape the behavior of lawyers.
5   To be able to explain the difference between ethics and morals

1 General information about the purpose and content of the course; Giving information about the course of processing method.
2 The concept of ethics The concept of vocational ethics
3 Religion, morality, law and etiquette rules that regulate community life
4 The consept of legal ethics -features- application areas
5 Relations between ethics, moral, justice and law
6 Legal ethics training in some contries
7 Training of lawyers in terms of ethics
8 Midterm exam
9 Training for interns in bar associations, at offices and place of business. Professional conduct rules of lawyers.
10 Scientific ethics in sourcing utilization.
11 To create an orginal style in sourcing utilization.
12 Application courses: evaluation and criticism of scientific studies prepared by the students
13 Application courses: evaluation and criticism of scientific studies prepared by the students
14 Application courses: evaluation and criticism of scientific studies prepared by the students
